We will accept returns on most items within 30 days of the date of delivery. We will issue a full credit toward your next purchase of TotalSkincare products. We are unable to provide cash refunds or exchanges.

Please include a copy of the packing slip with your name, phone number, and reason for returning the product(s).
Guidelines for Merchandise Returns
- We cannot accept returns on overly used products.
- Return shipping and handling charges are not included.
- TotalSkinCare is unable to provide cash refunds. We issue store credits for all merchandise returns.
- If exchanging a product please include a list of the products wanted and depending on money difference you will either be charged the difference or a credit will be applied to your account to use to place a future order.
- Please include the products with a copy of the packing slip with the reason for the return.
International Return Guidelines
- We cannot be responsible for actions of any Customs offices nor for reimbursement of any Customs fees.
- Please purchase insurance for international return shipments to assure that they successfully arrive at TotalSkinCare.
